Animal artist Fiona Groom presents a fun workshop painting animals onto ceramic tiles. She will take the kids through the process of drawing and painting their favourite animal using underglaze, giving expert advice on giving their creations character! These tiles will then be fired and ready to pick up the following week.

NAIDOC Workshop

DATE: Monday 5 July

This fun workshop with First Nation artist Nikita from 'New Dreaming' will cover acrylic painting, learning symbols and introduce kids to First Nation Art through connecting to Kabi Kabi country. Participants will take home an artwork on canvas. Suitable for all children's ages. Adults must stay to supervise any participant's under 8yrs.

Children's Earth Painting Creative Play

EVENT: Do your children have a curious, adventurous, creative spirit? This is the play-shop for them.
We will play a brief fun art therapy game together using special hand-made mud chalk sticks! They will discover where to forage for & how to make their own mud pigments! I will guide them through how to prepare the pigments & to paint an awesome artwork to take home! We will even discuss how in the Stone Age these same paints were made!
