The Stories We Tell Ourselves
Tia Carrigan
Butterbox

An exploration of the stories we tell ourselves. The tales we convince ourselves we belong to. The myths we embrace that stop us from being the best version of ourselves.

…that I’m not enough.
…that I need to be more, or be less, of myself.
…that I can’t, that I’m not capable.

Illustrated using vibrant birdlife, vivid colours and large-scale imagery that evokes passion. Artwork that smashes into you and makes you assess your own stories.

What stories do you tell yourself?
